COMPILED BINARIES
=================
The output of the build jobs, already installed into the card trees. Kept so
you can see what a job produces without running one, and so a tree can be
rebuilt without re-running hours of emulated compilation.
gpe-appmgr the launcher, WITH the reconstructed strip and power
button -- not upstream
gpe-buttonbox the dock
gpe-bootsplash, gpe-edit, gpe-filemanager, gpe-keylock,
gpe-sketchbook, gpe-todo, matchbox-panel, mb-applet-battery, ...
All ARM OABI (e_flags 0x2), built with GCC 3.4 against the libraries the
card actually has.
TO CHECK ONE BEFORE TRUSTING IT
readelf -h <file> | grep -i flags # must show 0x2
readelf -d <file> | grep NEEDED # against what is on the card
A binary that builds cleanly and links the wrong libstdc++ will install
happily and fail on the device. scripts/elfsyms.py reports undefined symbols
and is the quicker way to find that out.
