Found by scraping every URL ever posted across five HPC:Factor threads,
which surfaced the linuxtogo GoWiki page NetbookPro/Installing2Nand,
which cited auditeon.com. No guide or index references this tarball.

WHAT IT CONTAINS
  oe-netbook/            The OpenEmbedded tree for the netBook Pro.
                         263 recipes in 144 directories (147 dirs
                         in all), 55 MB, with CVS metadata.
  linux-2.6.9/           Kernel source as used on the device.
  nBkProOs.img           Boost-bootable kernel + initrd. PSION'S OWN:
                         2.6.9-rc1-bk18-nb1 (autobuild@nexus), gcc 3.4.0,
                         Tue Jan 4 02:27:32 GMT 2005, CF flags 0x10003.
                         The reconstruction boots the community
                         nBkProOs.img_cf (25 Mar 2005) instead.
  gnome-games-2.6.2/     Cross-built for ARM (Solitaire in the launcher).
  kdegames-3.3.1/, rdesktop-cvs/, linneighborhood-*  (+ built .ipk files)

THE IMPORTANT PART: oe-netbook/meta/soho-image.oe
    This is the recipe that BUILT the lost file. It sets
        export IMAGE_BASENAME = "soho-image"
    which is literally where "soho-image-netbook-pro-*.rootfs.tar.bz2"
    got its name. It creates the PsionLX user:
        lx::1000:1000:LX Default User:/home/lx:/bin/sh
    and lists the full package manifest of the image.

  oe-netbook/meta/meta-psion.oe defines what PsionLX actually was.

WHAT THIS IS NOT
    It is not the built binary rootfs. soho-image-netbook-pro-
    20050104074212.rootfs.tar.bz2 is still not publicly available.
    Five recipes (gpe-appmgr-psion, gpe-buttonbox-psion, gpe-helpviewer,
    infoprint, psion-kernel) fetch source from ${PDCVS}, which is Psion's
    OWN CVS at cvs.psiondev.com, long dead -- not handhelds.org, as this
    file used to say. 22 more fetch from other CVS servers (handhelds.org,
    freedesktop.org, infradead.org and others). psion-theme's assets are
    here in full.

WHY IT MATTERS
    Reddit user fss_88 states they are rebuilding the device's Linux
    "from some of the only remaining Linux build files still accessible".
    This is the ORIGINAL 2006 tree, including the exact image recipe
    they are trying to reproduce. They should be told it exists.
