Gpe-Calendar is accessable from the main GPE screen. To access it tap on the calendar icon.

Create a new entry. Return you to the current date. Select the day view. Select the week view. Select the month view. Open a calendar file for importation. Exit The Application It is best to use the view you find most convienent. The day view breaks your apointments into hours. The week view shows any apointments going on for the selected week. The month view briefly overviews the day if there is an apointment scheduled.

To create a new apointment tap on the blank page icon near the top of the program. Under the event tab you can select what type of event it is, either an appointment or a reminder. The text is the title of the event. The start is when the event starts, to select a date tap on the calendar icon and use the arrows and then tap on the day. To select a different time you can either tap on the down arrow and select the time or enter it using an input method. You can use these same instructions for the end selection too. Under the detail tab you can add the event to specific areas by tapping on the categories button. The description is more information about event. Under the Alarm tab you can be notified in minutes, hours, days or weeks before the event using the numric of your choice. Under the recurrence tab you can select if you want the event to repeat, this is usefull if you have weekly meetings at the same time each month. It can either go on forever or have a selected end date. Tap on "save" to save your changes.
