THE BASE ROOT FILESYSTEM, UNPACKED
==================================

gpe-image-3.5.4.1-netbook-pro.rootfs.jffs2, extracted. 2,223 files.

This is the community GPE root filesystem for the netBook Pro. The first
edition of this release was built on it, because it was known to boot on
this hardware and Psion's own filesystem was then lost. Psion's has since
been found (3-PSION-SOURCES/soho-image), and the images are built on that.

IT IS NOT PsionLX. The clearest evidence is that it holds 43 gpe-* binaries
but neither gpe-appmgr nor gpe-buttonbox -- whoever built it could not reach
Psion's private CVS, so exactly those two failed and dropped out of the
build.

WHAT IT WAS USED FOR
    Spare parts for the first edition: several things missing from that
    card were found in here and copied across. Kept for reference.

Compare it with ../../3-PSION-SOURCES/original-images/gpe-fs-cf.tar.bz2,
which is a different build of the same lineage and carries 277 files this
one does not.
