Exchanging files with your PC (1)
		You can synchronise your Email Inbox, your Contacts and your Calendar, at any time, with Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express. Click 'Synchronise with a PC' on the 'Tasks' screen to do this. To exchange files in either direction: You should first make a connection between your Psion LX and your PC - typically with a USB or network cable. You should run on your PC the Psion LX synchronisation software which you can install from the CD provided with the device. You will now find that the File Manager program can let you access folders on your PC, and you can Copy and Paste files in either direction. The Word Processor and Spreadsheet programs on your Psion LX can open files directly in Microsoft Word™ and Microsoft Excel™ formats respectively.
